When put in a position where you must cancel our appointment, let me give you some insight on what to expect.

Rescheduling Policy

If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, in order to schedule another appointment you will be required to pay a new deposit.

Cancellation - Scheduled Date is Over 48 Hours Away

No additional charges.

If you opt to reschedule your deposit will transfer to your new appointment.

Cancellation - Within 48 Hours of Scheduled Date

Cancellation Fee = 50% of Booking Cost - Deposit

Cancellation - Within 24 Hours of Scheduled Date

Cancellation Fee = 100% of Booking Fee - Deposit
